Valve and Pump Casting Parts

For the casting valve parts, stainless steel and ductile (spheroidal graphite) cast iron are two of the most widely used alloys because the ducitle cast iron have better anti-rust performance and the stainless steel have nice performance in heat resistance and corrosion resistance. They are used for producing:

• Butterfly and Ball Valve Bodies (Ductile Cast Iron or Cast Stainless Steel),
• Butterfly Valve Discs (Stainless Steel or Ductile Iron),
• Valve Seats (Cast Iron or Cast Stainless Steel)
• Centrifugal Pump Bodies and Covers (SS or Ductile Iron)
• Pump Impellers and Covers (Stainless Steel, Duplex Stainless Steel)
• Pump Bearing Housings (Grey Cast Iron or Alloy Steel)
